Product Brief Introduction:
Deep groove ball bearings generally consists of a pair of ferrules, a cage, a group of steel balls. Its structure is simple, easy to use, so it is the most common production, the most widely used type of bearings. Deep groove ball bearing utilize an uninterrupted raceway that makes them optimal for radial loads .This design permits precision tolerance, even at high-speed operation.This type of bearing is mainly used to bear the radial load, but also can withstand a certain amount of axial load in either direction. When increase the radial clearance of the bearing in a certain range, they have the nature of angular contact ball bearings and can withstand greater axial load. Our extended product line includes a complete offering of open, shields, seals and snap ring combinations.
Application:
These bearings are the most common type and are used in a wide variety of applications. Such as Steel Industry , Mining & Construction , Papermaking Machinery , Wind Turbines , Machine Tools , Gearboxes , Electric Motors , Pumps & Compressors , Injection Molding , Motorcycles , Railways, etc.
The ring and balls are made of refining bearing steel Gcr15(AISI52100,the retainer are punched from brass strip(H62) or top quality cold-rolled strip(spcc BQ B402)and reinforced plastics are available if necessary.The shield is made by phosphatzing steel skeleton and butyronitrile rubber with hot pressed .
The rings and balls of stainless stell bearings are made by refining stainless stell 9Cr18(AISI440c).
Every 10sets bearings are packed into plastic tube or raped by rustproof paper and paced into carton box.Single pakage is available,that is,each set bearing is contained info plastic bag and then packed in smalliner box .
